Choosing an ergonomic product that perfectly meets your needs is not simple. Sometimes the first choice is not the right one and you have to be able to change.

GEERONIMO offers you the possibility to change a product bought in store, sent by parcel post or delivered at home. This exchange is granted under certain conditions :

       -  the exchange request must be made no later than 30 days after the purchase date on    
          presentation of the sales receipt or invoice. The date on these documents is proof.

       -  We do not exchange the following products :
                 o   custom made or non-standard size products
                 o   hygiene products : cream, pillowcases, fitted sheets,. . .
                 o   exhibition products at reduced prices or sales
                 o   the gift certificates

       -  The product must be returned in its original packaging, in good condition, accompanied
          all its accessories. The exchange costs shall be borne by the buyer.
