HOW TO RETURN
A PRODUCT ?
After a few days of use a product may not meet your expectations.

This is why we grant our customers a right of return in our store, from the date of the postmark for a shipment or the date of the delivery note. The return period is 15 days.

We do not take back the following products :
           
       - custom-made products or products of non-standard sizes
       - hygiene products : creams, pillowcases, fitted sheets,. . .
       - exhibition products at reduced prices or sales products
       - gift vouchers

The product must be returned in its original packaging, new and unused, with all accessories. The purchase price (after deduction of additional costs, shipping and delivery) is credited to the buyer's customer account for a subsequent purchase or in the form of a gift voucher. The cash refund will not be made beyond 50 Frs.
