Your satisfaction is our priority. Unfortunately, sometimes a product has a problem and does not give satisfaction. We are therefore always at your disposal to answer your request as quickly as possible.

     -   all our products are guaranteed for a minimum of 2 years. Most warranties are declining
         balance and reflect year of purchase wear.

     -   a defective product cannot be exchanged without the agreement of the manufacturer
         (with some exceptions). The defective product must be (if possible) returned directly to
         the store for pick-up and sent to the manufacturer by our care. The manufacturer thus
         proceeds with the analysis of the product to proceed to its change or possible repair.
 
     -  If the product cannot be returned to the store (mattresses, box springs, armchairs, etc. )
        our team will come to you to check the problem and, if possible, to solve it.

     -   Travel expenses are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. They will be borne
         by the buyer.

     -   Travel expenses are as follows based on distance :
                          -   less than 10 km                40 Frs
                          -   from 10 to 20 km              60 Frs
                          -   from 20 to 50 km              80 Frs
                          -   from 50 to 100 km            100 Frs
                          -   over 100 km                     150 Frs
