Sit up or sit on your knees ?

Even if they have the same objective : to guarantee a good position of the spine, their use is very different and adapt to specific needs.

Sitting upright : the natural position of the man standing up is the seats that allow you to get closest to this position. They are suitable for relatively high workstations (more than 1 m).

Kneeling seat : unlike standing seats, the working height is more in line with office standards (70 to 80 cm). They can therefore be used instead of a traditional chair. However they are to be used for limited times (1 to 2 hours) because the body weight is on the knees.
